Analytics
HotWheelsDB.com uses Google Analytics to understand visits and how people use the catalog. It runs in Google Consent Mode v2. Until you choose “Accept analytics”, it operates in cookieless mode: it does not set the _ga cookie, does not store a visitor identifier on your device, and only reports aggregate, modelled measurement. If you choose “Accept analytics”, analytics cookies are set and full measurement is enabled. If you reject, only the cookieless aggregate measurement remains and the site stays fully usable.
Your cookie choice
We store your analytics choice in your browser's local storage under hwdb-analytics-consent. This preference is necessary to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.
Affiliate links
Some marketplace links are affiliate links. If you follow one and make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission without increasing the price you pay. Amazon links include our Associates tracking ID when you choose to open them.
Third-party information
Google processes analytics information according to its own privacy terms; when analytics is rejected this is limited to cookieless, aggregate data. When you follow an affiliate link, the destination marketplace applies its own privacy and cookie policies.
