'71 Dodge Challenger | (2nd Color)

Designed by Carl Cameron for a longer wheelbase and roomier cabin than its Mercury Cougar and Pontiac Firebird rivals, the real Challenger arrived for the 1970 model year; this casting depicts the 1971 version with an optional shaker hood and Mopar Go-Wing. A 2013 retool folded the plastic wing into the body as a cost-saving change.
