Buick Wildcat

This Larry Wood casting depicts the fourth Buick Wildcat concept car, part of a lineage of show cars Buick had built under that name since 1953; the 1985 version ran an experimental 3.8-liter V6 from McLaren Engines, had no doors aside from a lift-up canopy, and included a steering-wheel-mounted heads-up display, with only two examples built. The Hot Wheels casting reflects the doorless design closely enough that it skips a separate window piece and interior altogether, relying on painted body sections to suggest the canopy. It debuted as part of the 1993 Demolition Man tie-in lineup.
