Bywayman

Designed by Larry Wood and Bob Rosas, the Bywayman is modeled on a 1973 Chevrolet Silverado C/K 20 pickup and first appeared in the Speedway Specials line in 1979. In 1980 a plastic snowplow variant was issued as the Super Scraper, and over the years the casting has also carried the names Pavement Pounder, Power Plower, Race Truck, and Path Beater; it shares its underlying base with the Baja Breaker casting.
