Chaparral 2G

Chaparral 2G, an Ira Gilford design for the 1969 Grand Prix series, is modeled on the American racing team Chaparral Cars' 2G race car. In 1974 Mattel reworked the same tooling into a car called Winnipeg for the enamel-and-tampo Flying Colors series, finished in yellow with blue and orange graphics and a color-matched orange spoiler that is now hard to find in original condition.
