Chevy 1500

Designed by Larry Wood, the Chevy 1500 casting is based on the Chevrolet Silverado C1500 pickup as campaigned in the NASCAR Truck Series, with this particular 1996 release replicating the #70 truck driven by G.T. Tallas during the 1995 season. It first appeared in the 1996 First Editions and was carried into the 1997 Race Team Series III release referenced here, remaining in the Hot Wheels lineup through 2018.
