Chevy Nomad

Designed by Ira Gilford and originally released as Alive '55 in 1969, this casting depicts a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad fitted with a '62 409 V8 and, in its fictional backstory, an all-wheel-drive system and turbo jump jets. After a 14-year absence from the lineup, it returned under the name Classic Nomad in the California Custom series.
