Fire Eater

Designed by Larry Wood, Fire Eater is a chromed fire-engine casting that debuted in the 1977 Flying Colors line wearing a black-and-yellow "51" livery, and has stayed a mainline fixture for more than four decades since. It appeared in dedicated Rescue Team and Emergency Squad sets through the 1980s and 90s, and in 2021 its tooling was updated with a redesigned front fascia moved onto the base piece.
