GM Ultralite

This casting is based on the GM Ultralite, a low-emissions technology demonstrator built largely from carbon fiber with input from aerospace engineer Burt Rutan to showcase lightweight construction. Rated as high as 88-100 mpg, the real Ultralite was never put into production, and the Hot Wheels version debuted in the 1993 Demolition Man movie tie-in series.
