GMC Motorhome

Designed by Bob Rosas and Larry Wood, the GMC Motorhome casting came about after Rosas contacted GMC directly for design approval; in exchange, GMC had roughly 30 examples gold-plated as sales-rep giveaways that remain scarce collectibles today. It debuted in the 1977 Truckin' Machines 6-pack and Flying Colors lines, was reissued under names like Airport Transportation and Captain America Van, and returned to the mainline in 2006 before appearing as a 2009 Treasure Hunt.
