Hot Bird

Hot Bird takes its cues from the Pontiac Firebird made famous by Burt Reynolds' Smokey and the Bandit films, translating the muscle car's long hood and T-top roofline into a Hot Wheels casting. It ran through the 1990s, including a 1996 mainline release, before Hot Wheels introduced a new, similarly styled Firebird casting with slightly different proportions starting in 2006.
