Hot Rod Wagon

Also known as the Radio Flyer Wagon or Draggin' Wagon, this Dave Weise design, his first for Hot Wheels, turns the classic red Radio Flyer toy wagon into a hot rod, complete with an oversized blown V8 and a steering wheel styled after the wagon's own pull handle. The concept draws on the tradition of car owners hauling actual red wagons to car shows and cruise nights. It debuted in the 1996 First Editions before earning Treasure Hunt status as the Hot Rod Wagon in 1997, and stayed in the lineup through 2014.
