Hot Wheels 500

The Hot Wheels 500, designed by Mark Jones, is modeled on CART/Indy 500-style open-wheel racers and was first issued as the No Fear Race Car. That name had originally been earmarked for a NASCAR stock car casting, which ended up releasing a year later as the Lumina Stocker instead. This casting ran from 1994 to 2001 and appeared in the Race Team Series.
