Humvee

This military casting launched under the name Hummer before switching to Humvee by 1998, always cast in plastic on a metal base. Early releases mounted a turret gun that later versions dropped, along with the opening rear hatch on the newest mainline runs. It's modeled on the AM General HMMWV, which entered service in 1986-88 and saw its first combat use during the 1989 invasion of Panama.
