Gary Saffer's Lakester depicts a belly-tank racer, the World War II drop-tank-bodied hot rods once raced on dry lakebeds; its metal-on-metal, hinged body opens to reveal the engine and interior, and it's a playable car in Turbo Racing, Burnin' Rubber, and Velocity X.
