Mini Truck

The Mini Truck, designed by Larry Wood and produced from 1990 to 2004, depicts a modified convertible pickup with a sound system built into the bed and a cutout hood, its rear license plate simply reading "TRUCK." Before its retirement the casting was renamed Sonic Special, and in 2019 Hot Wheels paid tribute to the original with the Custom '93 Nissan Hardbody (D21), which reused its graphics. This particular release is from the 1995 Roarin' Rods Series.
