Nissan 300ZX
Designed by Larry Wood, the Nissan 300ZX was Hot Wheels' first Nissan-badged casting and replicates the Z31-generation 300ZX built from 1983 to 1988, itself Nissan's answer to the Toyota Supra of the same era and successor to the long-running Datsun/Nissan Z-car line. The model features opening doors, and its cast interior includes a whimsical detail of two tennis rackets and a rack of balls in the trunk area. It ran in the Hot Wheels lineup from 1985 through 1996.
