Oldsmobile Aurora

Designed by Michael Kollins, the Oldsmobile Aurora casting depicts the first-generation Aurora (1995 to 1999), the flagship luxury sedan that would end up being Oldsmobile's last before the brand's 2004 discontinuation, powered in real life by a four-cam 32-valve 4.0L V8. It debuted in 1993 as part of a nine-car Demolition Man movie tie-in set packaged with individual Park 'n Plates-style "Cryo-Cube" boxes, even though, like the accompanying Pontiac Salsa, the Aurora doesn't actually appear on screen; it's thought to stand in for the fictional Cadillac Aurora concept seen in the film. Some releases fancifully depict it as a police car despite the real front-wheel-drive Aurora never being marketed for that role, and it earned Treasure Hunt status in 1997 before running through 2007.
