Panoz GTR-1

Mark Jones's casting depicts the Panoz Esperante GTR-1, a Nigel Stroud-designed endurance racer built jointly by Panoz Auto Development and Reynard Motorsport with a Roush-built 6.0-liter Ford V8; its front-mid-engine layout resembled the road-going Esperante at founder Don Panoz's request despite sharing no mechanical parts.
