Pontiac Salsa

Designed by Michael Kollins, this casting is based on the Pontiac Salsa, a 1992 concept from GM's Advanced Concept Center that combined convertible, hatchback, and pickup functionality with interchangeable tops. It debuted in the 1993 Demolition Man movie tie-in set despite the real Salsa never actually appearing in the film, and the casting notably omits a real windshield piece, instead molding and painting the body to suggest one.
