Rail Rodder

Designed by Larry Wood, the Rail Rodder is an extreme quad-engined hot rod styled after a vintage 4-4-0 "American"-type steam locomotive, with its four exhaust pipes converging into a single smokestack-like outlet. It debuted in the 1996 First Editions, was elevated to Treasure Hunt status in 1997, and remained in the lineup through 2007; designer Kevin Cao has since noted via social media that the casting has been retired.
