Sand Drifter

Sand Drifter was designed by Larry Wood as a retool of the 1970 Power Pad, stripped of the earlier casting's exposed engine and drivetrain detailing, roll bar, and rear camper shell. Part pickup and part dune buggy, the 1975 casting hides a set of tools molded into the bed beneath its tonneau cover, giving it a more purpose-built off-road look than its Power Pad predecessor.
