School Bus

The School Bus casting is a generic take on classic American school transportation, loosely resembling a sixth-generation Ford B-series bus, and debuted in 1989 as part of the Workhorses series in yellow with a black plastic base and black interior. Over more than 40 documented versions, it has appeared in the 1995 Silver Series with chrome finishes, the 1996 Mod Bod Series in purple with peace-sign graphics, police and racing-themed 1990s releases, the 2001 Fossil Fuel Series with dinosaur-bone graphics, and a 2013 Muppets-themed Retro Entertainment version. It also appears as a playable vehicle in the PC game Hot Wheels Bash Arena.
