Stutz Blackhawk
This casting by Larry Wood, produced from 1980 to 1999, reproduces the Stutz Blackhawk, an ultra-luxury car the Stutz Motor Company built from 1971 to 1987 to a design by Virgil Exner. Each real car was hand-assembled in Italy, first in Modena and later Turin, requiring over 1,500 hours of labor and costing between $22,500 and $75,000, often more than the Rolls-Royces it competed against; only around 600 were ever made. This example was part of the 1995 Treasure Hunts series.
