Super Van

Super Van made its debut in the 1975 Flying Colors series and was first issued with two different tampo treatments applied to each side of the body. Early castings could be found both with and without molded side markers, though later production runs settled on including them; the van also shared its chassis mold with several other 1975 emergency-vehicle castings, including the Rescue Ranger, Backwoods Bomb, Paramedic, Ramblin' Wrecker, and Emergency Squad, as part of a cost-saving tooling strategy.
