Vega Bomb

Vega Bomb was designed by Larry Wood and introduced in the 1975 Flying Colors series as a funny car built around the Chevrolet Vega, with a body that flips open to reveal a roll-cage interior and engine detail. It rides on the same base used for the 1970 Snake and Mongoose pairing, saw a handful of domestic color variations plus scarcer international releases in France, Italy, and Japan, and hasn't reappeared since it last ran in 1983.
