Winnipeg reuses the tooling of Ira Gilford's 1969 Chaparral 2G, itself modeled on the American Chaparral Cars racing team's sports prototype, brought back for the 1974 Flying Colors line in yellow enamel with blue-and-orange tampos and an orange plastic spoiler recolored to match. It was released for a single year, and its original spoiler piece is now scarce enough that reproductions are common among collectors.
